Your Property Advisor aims to turn the process of buying a house easier, transparent and more exciting. Carolina Durão and Gonçalo Roxo founded the real estate consultancy company in 2020 although they have been present on the area for the last 10 years.

It all started when Carolina and Gonçalo understood throughout the years of experience in the real estate market, that in Portugal agents and sellers had a strong relationship to establish the best deal and the buyer was often left out of this equation. They realized that the market lacked someone who looked out for the buyer’s exclusive interests and needs. A partner that could support and “protect” the buyer in the entire process of acquisition of a property, and so that is how Your Property Advisor was born.

Once the company does not own a portfolio of properties, it has a unique dedication to the client’s needs and requirements, advising and supporting them, creating a process that is 100% free of conflict of interests.

Currently, the team consists of 3 real estate consultants: Carolina, Gonçalo and Rita, who joined the founding team a year ago. 

They met when they were teenagers, while still at secondary school through mutual friends. Meanwhile, each started their own individual paths, until fate brought them together again with Your Property Advisor.

Carolina, who holds a master’s degree in International Business, carried out in Australia, considers herself to be a serious and ambitious person to always guarantee the best service to the client.

Empathy is an asset that makes her stand out for the strong relationship she creates with the people she works with.

‍Gonçalo has a master’s in architecture, completed in Lisbon. He created his first business in 3D visualization focused on architecture and later started his path in the real estate sector.

Negotiation has been in his blood since childhood, a skill he considers to be differentiating in real estate, as well as the attention to detail in all the projects he develops.

Rita, who has a degree in Management and a Master's in Marketing and Advertising completed in Lisbon, considers herself to be extremely organized, intuitive, and adaptable to the environments that surround her.

Resourceful and ambitious, she is willing to do the extra mile to close the best deals for her clients.

With complementary training in management, sales, architecture, and design, combined with local and cultural knowledge and negotiation skills, the team is dynamic, fast, and resilient and able to provide quick and effective solutions to their clients.
